At Antique Lamp Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your restoration projects and hardware purchases. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items Securely
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring delicate glass shades or brass components are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to us using a trackable carrier like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
